I am unsure of this composer's death date. The only records I can find of him is a genealogy, and a listing in the Bibliotheque, Nationale, Paris for music he prepared for a ballet or operetta produced in Liege in 1913. He doesn't appear in the Belgian national biography, national library, or bibliography. I killed him off on 1/1/1920 for IMSLP purposes.
