Koechlin wrote a piano fugue on a theme by Ernest Le Grand, which later became the first movement of Koechlin's 2nd symphony op.196 (1943–44) (and is how I've heard of this composer, was wondering who he was - thanks.) Eric 16:44, 15 November 2011 (UTC)
