I'm not absolutely sure, but there was an american composer named Roger Lewis who lived in the rough time period given. I searched Roger Lewis and found things about him, but nothing at all about a composer named R.A. Lewis. If you know any more information that connects these two names as the same composer, please tell me. It might also be possible that R.A.
