as this translator translated recent works, neither the PD-US exception nor the PD-CA/EU rules apply- only permission from the translator, or a decision that the translator’s contribution is insufficiently significant (however, this is unlikely in any case and especially with a "free" translation!) - can prevent a copyright problem here (or the revelation that Ann Mayr is a pseudonym for the composer :) ) Eric 03:10, 6 April 2011 (UTC)
