Misc. Notes The parts for this arrangement were made ready in the nick of time for a performance with the Sochi Municipal Orchestra, which was lacking horns at the time. Therefore the contents of the two horn parts have been incorporated into the parts of 1st and 2nd trombones. No horn parts have been written, although they appear in the score.
