Misc. Notes This lovely piece, David of the White Rock, is traditionally said to have been composed in the mid 17th century by the harpist David Owen, on his death bed. Questions surround when it was first published. This arrangement comes from what is considered by some as the original 1784 version taken from the book, "Musical and Poetical Relicks of the Welsh Bards".
