Misc. Notes Was mistakenly attributed as his second sonata, but in reality can be considered the first half of his 3rd sonata because the cover page clearly says, "Due Gran Sonate" and "Op. 53 e 54". That implies that this is actually a set and not just one sonata. (edit: never mind- since Op.54 is in E, not G, something is more wrong than I thought.)

Misc. Notes This is the last of the Due Gran Sonate in G; found this beau on scorser :") - except, well, it isn't. These two works are both dedicated to Hiller, and are clearly, obviously, different printings of the same work (start by comparing the opening bars), so they're both actually op.53; whoever circled Op.54 was wholly mistaken.
