This may be from a ballet entitled La Gitana, but IMSLP does not have a page or score for that, so it is difficult to tell. This dance would not have been named Ellsler's Cachucha in the ballet, but Fanny Elssler (note the spelling), was a famous Austrian ballerina who made the dance famous. This needs to be compared to a score of La Gitana and moved to a page for the whole work if it turns out to be that Cachucha.
