The sheet music says "As played by the Steyermarkische Band". Wikipedia's page on Gungl refers to one of his orchestras as a band -- "in 1843 he was able to establish an orchestra in Berlin. With this band he travelled far, even to the United States in 1848 -1849"." While this orchestra/band probably wasn't the Steyermarkische Band (Steiermark is Styria, in Austria), it is likely that, as in the reference to the "band" in Berlin, this was also an orchestra.
