"Pange lingua" can refer to one of two hymns -- Pange Lingua Gloriosi Corporis Mysterium by Thomas Aquinas (ca.1225-1274) or Pange Lingua Gloriosi Proelium Certaminis, generally credited to Venantius Honorius Clementianus Fortunatus (ca.530-ca.609). Since only the Aquinas version includes a Tantum Ergo, this is undoubtedly the one by him.
