The cello part here is assigned to the bassoon and is not so different from the original. A comparison of the manuscript with a recording reveals only a few slight changes to some articulations, slurs and ties - probably copyist's mistakes. This "arrangement" is probably from the Copyist, who was a Bassoon player.
