Extra Information The 2nd movement is based on a tune written for a setting of C.F. Meyer's (1825-1898) Morgenlied, which refers to a blackbird's song (Amstelrufe). The poem is included in the score.

Geidel of Leipzig is given as the publisher but I believe Musiques Suisses as confused the engraver (Geidel) with the publisher (Eulenburg?).
