Talk:Cello Concerto No.5 in C major, Hob.VIIb:5 (Haydn, Joseph)

What is this piece? It certainly isn't the C Major Haydn concerto I know and have played. It says arranged by David Popper, only the piece was believed lost for all of Popper's lifetime. Any explanations for this?
