Since this is a new work by a living composer, we really cannot list this as "public domain" as it is impossible for it to be public domain under the statutes of several countries. We changed the copyright listing to cc-by, the simplest Creative Commons category. The only legal requirement of the cc-by category is that the author receives attribution - as author - of the work.
