The proper Italian, and the heading on top of the score (though not, for some reason, the advertisement for the score on the first page!), is Tempo di Valse. Expect that's what Kirchner meant- it's the title he uses on top of the score. I should move it, but there is a (very) little ambiguity here because of that first (advertising) page. Thoughts?
