IMSLP has already deprecated "No Derivatives" and "Non-Commercial" licenses, so we can only accept the file if you agree to change its license to a free Creative Commons license (i.e. Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0, Creative Commons Attribution 4.0, or Creative Commons Zero 1.0).
If you agree to change the license, please indicate in your reply which license you would like to choose.
