Template talk:MPH

This link now sends everything to their new homepage. Might fix it by changing mph(n) to https://repertoire-explorer.musikmph.de/wp-content/uploads/vorworte_prefaces/n.html , (replace n- or bracketbracket 1 bracketbracket...) which seems to be the new URL of the prefaces. not sure though... Also, relating to MPH-published scores

Unlike some other reprinters eg Kalmus, a Höflich-reprinted score is not by dint of being MPH-reprinted necessarily public domain. They say themselves on their website that they lately enter into agreements with publishers, estates, other copyright-holders for the rights to scores to republish (or in some cases, publishing for the first time or in the first time in full/typeset non-manuscript score, etc.) rather than only republishing works already in the public domain, as it is true they used to. So don't assume that because you have a MPH score that it's necessarily a reprint of a score that's PD to scan :) Eric 21:32, 26 March 2017 (CEST)

link

New link? Note that MPH works where {{MPH|4523}} currently doesn't, for example. Eric 15:36, 23 August 2022 (CEST)

Different link?

The newish link (wp-content/etc) still works, but some pages have a "https://repertoire-explorer.musikmph.de/prefaces/4644.html" (etc) style link instead and may never, maybe, migrate to the relatively older style - may want to have a MPH2 template for those...
