Maria Placido (born December 12, 2002, Melfi) is an Italian pianist, cellist, and composer/arranger.
She graduated in piano at the Conservatorio "Carlo Gesualdo da Venosa" in Potenza, where she continued her specialized studies in piano and composition. Her original works and orchestral arrangements have been performed by professional ensembles, including the Orchestra ICO 131 della Basilicata under the direction of Francisco Javier Gutiérrez Juan.
