Hi Antonio. Firstly, the file you uploaded to this page is clearly not for the Preludios vascos - in the future, please create a new work page if the work isn't already there rather than adding files to an unrelated page. In any case, I think this file will unfortunately have to be deleted anyway, as there seems to be original material (preface, etc.) present by Jorge de Riezu, who died only in 1992. Not only that, but if any of the individual pieces were not published prior to this edition (difficult at best to ascertain), it would have to go anyway as it's only from 1962 (less than 50 years ago, and less than 50 years after the composer's death - hence possibly not PD in Canada).
