While the music of Bachianas Brasileiras No.5, W389 would be free in Canada as of 1/1/2010, the text will certainly not as it was written partly by Manuel Bandeira (1886-1968) and Ruth Valadares Correa (dates unknown), who also was the featured singer at the premiere in 1939. I am therefore deleting the item you uploaded, as it contains both the original Portuguese and an English translation by Harvey Officer (dates unknown).
