- Nos.1 to 5 were orchestrated by the composer, 1895 (= B.189). Scored for Soprano + 2 Flutes, 2 Clarinets, 2 Horns, 2 Trumpets, Timpani, Triangle, Harp, Violins I, Violins II, Violas, Cellos, Double Basses. First published in this version in 1929, with Nos.6 to 10 in orchestrations by Vilém Zemánek (1875–1922).
