This is an all B-flat part for the first movement which can be used in lieu of the published version. Layout identical to Universal edition for these pages. Since the published version switches back and forth between B-flat and A for both Clarinet 3 and Bass Clarinet, and since not all orchestras/players these days have a Bass clarinet in A, this file is provided to make life easier for players who can't deal with transposing back and forth on the fly in their heads.

Misc. Comments
Violin I soloist tunes 'scordatura' a whole tone up to AEbf♯ in Movement II.
Was this concluded in 1900 or 1901? Wikipedia has 1899–1901 I think but I don't know what definitive sources give...- Schissel
