Amazing Grace

Misc. Notes Short Arrangement of Amazing Grace. Melody is simply notated as it is expected the performer will improvise to their liking to whatever tune they have in their head (so I'm not posting a theremin part). Includes an optional piano part if any wants to just play with piano and theremin.

Elgar: "Nimrod" from Enigma Variations, Op.36

Arranger Richard Kram
Publisher. Info. Richard Kram
Copyright
Misc. Notes Intended for synthesizer, organ or string samples. Note to admin. Makes sense to put each piece with its own heading like this and keep the part with the score so people can easily get everything for one piece in one place. A number of people from "Theremin World" were interested in this and IMSLP is the best place to do it. For now I'll add them alphabetically by composer. At some point we'll have to decide if its better to put them in tabs by period for easier access. Hopefully this will be a great service to the theremin community.

Marcello: "Adagio" from Oboe Concerto in D minor, S.Z799

Arranger Richard Kram
Publisher. Info. Richard Kram
Copyright
Misc. Notes Arrangement based on a combination of the original Concerti a Cinque string parts and simplified melodic line from Bach's Transcription for keyboard (the original Bach melody is not appropriate for theremin in toto). Added an SATB accompaniment with the strings for a bit more unique presentation. Also added an orchestral reduction of the string accompaniment for those who want to just play a keyboard accompaniment. Also included the original oboe part for comparison as beginner thereminists might rather practice with that much easier melodic line first than the modification of the Bach melody below it which is much more difficult.

Navigation etc.

A collections page where I am going to house all my arrangements for theremin and various instruments. Doing it here so I can keep everything together instead of posting things all over the place. Also the theremin community can easily access it all in one spot. The plan is to put scores of the arrangements here along with accompaniments that the theremin community can use for practice along with MIDI files where I can generate them. Will add to this collection over time.

Note: Had to specify a style (used Romantic though the actual style will be anything from the Public Domain that I arrange and will cover all periods). Not sure if I should add tabs for Pre-Baroque, Baroque, Classical, Romantic & Post-Romantic. I'll worry about that when I have enough things posted where this might help arrange material better.
