Misc. Notes:

Original scans for piano score: 400dpi, grayscale, losslessly-compressed tif images approximately 3000 by 4000 pixels. Cleaned up, converted to black and white, deskewed, re-sampled to 600dpi. Violin score was left as found (400dpi grayscale) to preserve anonymous handwritten annotations. I'll try to post a cleaned version in the future.
