A later publisher published something called, according to Worldcat, "Po szerokiem jasnem niebie : op. 39, no. 2" with a different librettist (Przybylski) (maybe this is one of the Op.39 set just not No.2?...)
Some of the information above gleaned from Worldcat may contain typos (op.39 perhaps for example a misreading for 29 or 49 etc., which opp. also, according to Worldcat, are of songs that contain works by Asnyk and Langie!) so as always is tentative, especially until the first editions are found- and read carefully - firsthand.
Amor i serse is listed separately in the National Library of Poland; Wikisource gives the text and author for no.6. ("Adam Langie" is probably a typo by the American editor?)
