WorldCat's entry for the Andantino lists it as originally for piano, but it is unclear whether all of the Six Pieces were transcribed from piano pieces, or just this one. The tagging can be changed if more accurate information comes to light.

Three of what I'm guessing are the same "Six pièces" were published by G. Hartmann in 1870.
