There are two compositions by this name on p.69 of the Durand worklist (see link on category page). One is in B minor, dedicated to Sedie. The other is listed as "Alla riva del Tebro: Madrigale de Palestrina", in G major, composed 1898, published 1899 (starts Allegretto).
