About the Kram Edition

From what I has seen so far it is unusual for Graupner to begin one of his cantatas with an instrumental piece. Perhaps that is why he wrote so many Overtures and Sinfonias, which I assume may have been used for this purpose. This cantata contains a short instrumental sonata. I present it along with an orchestral reduction so you can easily play it and also use the reduction to create a continuo.
