"Bassi per l'organo"
Con la partitura de bassi, & un novo ordine, con che si mostra, come, & con l'stromenti, & senza si possa a nell'organo rappresentare. - With a score for the basses, and a new ordinance, which shows how one can play in on the organ, both with or without instruments.
A paraphrase of the ordinance; To begin with the Mass; the Intrata should be played twice with the instruments. Always lifting the hands off the organ (stop playing?) when there is the sign *hand with pointing finger*. When the first Kyrie & Christe are finished, their ritornelli are repeated straight away. To the score of the Canzone is put the Basso Continuo to be played by the organist as he sees fit (ad arbitrio). The Motetti can be performed on the organ with all their parts and the missing instruments can be supplied by the solo voices and the organ.
