Re dedicatee: there was a cellist, Zdenka Černý, painted by Alphonse Maria Mucha, who had a prodigally musically gifted daughter named Milada (Černý, married name Vasak after elopement...) (I am guessing the same person?...), as mentioned here... (Otto in the aforementioned article died the next year btw. Also see the subject of a new (2016) biography "My Bohemian Heritage" by, if I understand, Milada's daughter Jetta Marie Vasak.)
