I also participated in various master classes and seminars, among which was the class held by Gary Karr in Sermoneta (Italy). While still a student at the conservatory S. Pietro a Mayella in Napoli, I began my professional activity winning the audition with the Orchestra del Maggio Fiorentino and three years later with the Accademia Nazionale di S. Cecilia. Four years afterwards, I became principal double bassist with the Orchestra Sinfonica della RAI di Roma. Subsequently, I collaborate as principal with the Teatro S. Carlo di Napoli, the Teatro dell’Opera di Roma, as co-principal with the Helsingborg Symphony Orchestra (Sweden) and others. For many years, I’ve always maintained a strong activity in chamber music, playing with various formations and also in many recordings among which "The Dark Side of the Bass" the CD with the Vilmos Montag, Hans-Peter Linde and Paul Hindemith sonatas. Since 1995 I’m Double Bass Professor at the Conservatorio G.Briccialdi in Terni (Italy).
