Conor Lyons is a harpsichordist and composer based in Montreal, Quebec. He graduated with his master's degree in early music from McGill University in 2024, and leads the period instrument ensemble Twisted Pearl, which performs both historical music and new music in historical styles for diverse audiences in comfortable settings. He also coordinates the Montreal Salon de Composition Historiquement, which meets weekly to discuss composition in historically informed styles and maintain a living tradition of historically informed music.
