This piece is based on a 12-tone row that is divided into 3 groups of 3, 4, and 5 notes, used horizontally (melodically) and vertically (harmonically). Each group is developed very little but is repeated in parallel as canons and with ever-changing chromatic transpositions and with some augmentation. Forward motion is created as the texture increases in density.
