Diletto musicale, No.25 Vienna: Ludwig Doblinger, 1962. URTEXT EDITION This "urtext" or "scholarly" (scientific) edition is in the public domain because it was published at least 25 years ago for most of the EU (20 years ago in Italy, 30 years ago in Poland) over 25 years ago for the former USSR. Such editions are also public domain in Canada because they fail to meet the minimum 'threshold of originality' to qualify for copyright as an 'adaptation'. They may not be public domain elsewhere. More information about this can be found here. Please obey the copyright laws of your country. IMSLP does not assume any sort of legal responsibility or liability for the consequences of downloading files that are not in the public domain in your country. Plate D.10.589 (score) / D.9771 a/e (parts).

Most likely public domain in USA, despite publication date.In the USA this work is most likely in the public domain because it was published without a compliant copyright notice or no renewal was found after a thorough search of the Catalog of Copyright Entries and it was apparently ineligible for "restoration" under GATT/TRIPS.

Navigation etc.
Grove Music lists this as "fl, bn, hn, bn, va", which does not match RISM ("Violino, Viola, Flauto, Corno, e Fagotto"). It looks very much like the first "bn" in the Grove entry should be "vn" (slip of the finger?). Neither entry mentions cello, so that version has not been tagged.
