Extra Information	Despite the title page of the parts being labeled as No.9, Adolf Meier catalogues this as No.10 with approximate dating based on, among others, paper quality, and this is the numbering used in print since. Viennese tuning, raised a semitone to E♭ major: $\relative c { \key c \major \clef bass \hide Stem \omit Score.TimeSignature < bes es g bes > }$ Thus the solo double bass is written in D major and sounds a semitone higher than usual.
