(Indeed his Op.16 duo in E♭ major also goes by the name "Cinquième duo concertant, Op.16", at least in its Breitkopf incarnation of ca.1823...)

Tchaikovsky's Op.72 No.3 is dedicated to an August Gerke, I gather...?
