| Extra Information | A search on Worldcat and the BnF catalogue shows two editions: (a) for piano 4 hands (published in 1925), and (b) for orchestra with piano conductor arranged by Roger Branga (Lucien Garban (1877–1959)), published in 6 single issues from 1926 to 1927. Then perhaps the original setting was for piano 4 hands, unless the composer relegated arrangement of the intended setting to Garban? |
