Navigation etc.
Some composers (most ?) would have swept these early pieces under the carpet or straight into the paper basket. Looking back, the present composer failed to do so, basing his logic on the fact that nothing can undo the past, right or wrong. Had he destroyed these stepping stones (entitled Fragment(s) of Time), they would not have completely disappeared since they exist in time. He dug up these compositional exercises when attempting to set up a provisional works catalog. Naturally, the few that will be filched from the bottom of the pile as deserving some form of revival, will have to be transformed, just as the composer himself who has matured. Some details can be found in the composer's works list regarding the Postlude, which was his first composition for the organ. The present revision has preserved the opening chords, but not much else, to put it mildly.
