Mentioned in the May 1834 AMZ, Intelligenzblatt, page 27. (Also Monatsbericht (1834), p.40. Only piano accompaniment is mentioned. Lemoine's catalogue of 1861 does mention "avec quatuor ou orchestre, ad libitum" - see Lemoine (Google) e.g. but it is not immediately clear who added the additional parts (though on the 4th hand, by-1861 was during the composer's lifetime, arguing possible composer authorization.))
