Extra Information	First and discarded version of the National Anthem of Ecuador with known author for the music and text. This anthem had originally the lyrics of the Olmedo's "Canción Nacional" written near 1830-32 and published 1834. The lyrics were considered not suitable with the music and were changed with Juan León Mera lyrics the same year of composition, 1865. The music was slightly changed in the version with Mera's lyrics but I wasn't able to find a score (manuscripts or editions in PD) with the lyrics of Olmedo. MSQE43058402.
