The seconda lacks an "Animato" indication at bar 95 because they have 4 bars of rest after which both pianists have Allegro vivo- which however means they also have less of a guide as to how quickly those 4 bars are to be taken...

Seems to be a concert overture, not the overture to a dramatic work, but further research is required... There are scans of this overture (both in the same arrangement for piano duet published in 1877) at Gallica-BNF and at SBB (Berlin).
