Act 2 ends p.149 of the PDF (115 marked), Leipzig 15 January 1903. As noted below the score is signed at the end Leipzig February 26 1903.

From RISM: "Date at the beginning of the first act: "Sketch: Stralsund (January). Gleiwitz ; (June). Barmen (November-December) 1901. ; Score: Bonn, Wiesbaden 1902."; Final date at the end of the third act: "End [right:] Leipzig, February 26, 1903." In addition, various other dates within the work documenting the progress of the work. A fragment of an old title page or cover with the above title is glued to the front flyleaf. A cover labeled "Text-Buch" is glued to the inside front cover; the printed libretto once inserted there has been incorporated into the library separately under the shelfmark Mus. Tw 480."
