According to Wikipedia's list of Zandonai's operas, this was "Unpublished. Zandonai's version is for piano and singers only. A performing edition was made by the conductor Silvio de Florian (1908–1995) in 1959. "
There are "coro" indications, but they are all in the single treble clef line above the piano part. This will sometimes be specifically a female chorus, because the "Personaggi" includes "Colombelle - Coro Femminile". But presumably, in terms of the whole opera, this would have been a mixed chorus, because later in the list there are "Cavalieri".
