Navigation etc.
- Recorded by Yvone Curti (violin) and Godfroy Andolfi (piano) in 1934.
- This is possibly from a larger work.
The C# in the last chord of the last bar of the violin part is probably a typo; the piano score has “B” in its small print violin part (so E major for both instruments) which makes tonal sense in context.
- Then again, even in 1906 an E chord with an added 6+ was hardly unknown. (Mahler's) Das Lied with its lengthy C major + held "A" ending was only three years in the future.
