Although the header says "a due voci pari", in the first 2 bars, there are actually 3 vocal parts, which argues for a choral setting with split parts. On the other hand, most of the notes are doubled in the organ part, so the middle of the 3 lines can safely be left out. Tagged for both single voices, and choral.
