Composition date listed in different places as 1805 and 1830, elsewhere (jnhummel.info , which may know what they're talking about?) as 1808. 1830, per Kroll, is the approximate date not of composition, but of publication. Indeed see Hofmeister's Monatsbericht (1830), p.76 which shows that this work was published in full score by Haslinger in 1830, if perhaps also before.
