Could this possibly be the "Missa brevis (in stilo facili) in honorem nativitatis Domini nostri Jesu Christi p. S., A., Bar. (B), T. ad lib., comit. Org. obl." published as Op.12 of "Zelinka" by Urbánek in 1894 according to HMB (and still available in that edition at some library or other according to Worldcat?) - ES (guessing not, those works are probably by Jan Evangelista Zelinka Sr. (1856-1935)).
