Includes some exercises with the "Damenisation" syllables invented c.1745 by Karl Heinrich Graun - da me ni po tu la be. However, Schubert uses these the same way as Johann Adam Hiller (in Anweisung zum musikalisch-richtigen Gesange), as nonsense syllables for practice purposes, with neither fixed nor mutable solfege functionality.
