There are two pieces claiming to be Notturno No.5. This is the original edition in E-flat. The latter published by J. Andre as "Op.31" is in D Major. Evidence is unavailable as to which is correctly numbered.

The "No.5" designation is from Sibley's page. It does not appear on the score itself. On the basis of the RISM link above, and the alternate version for Flute Quartet, I have called this No.6
