| Extra Information

I had never experimented much with the Phrygian mode - but always wanted to. Finally, one day after hearing Vaughan Williams' Tallis Fantasia again, I decided to try my hand at something in E Phrygian. Although Vaughan Williams used Phrygian to build a gorgeous work of glacial sublimity, I found it to be quite a restless and unruly mode to work with.
